I've finally found the energy to implement a simple cutout export for #DungeonPlanner.

With this feature done I finally bumped the version to 0.1.0 :)

I've been using it without wishing for any new features, so don't expect any bigger changes in the near future.

I've fixed a crash in #DungeonPlanner which happened whenever a Dungeon with an empty chamber was exported. Also updated the dependencies while I was at it.
